April 7th, London: “Hands off Al-Aqsa” Emergency Protest

Friends and supporters of Palestine in the UK are called to take part in a mass protest in front of the Israeli Embassy in Central London (2 Palace Green, London W8 4QB), today Friday, April 7, 2023, at 3:30 PM.
The demonstration condemns the repeated Israeli attacks on worshippers at Al-Aqsa Mosque during the month of Ramadan, as well as the recent inhumane strikes in Gaza.
Solidarity to Al-Aqsa and Gaza
Organized by the Palestinian Forum in Britain (PFB), Friends of Al-Aqsa (FOA), Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC), Stop War coalition, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, and the Muslim Association of Britain (MAB), today’s protest conveys several messages, the first of which is “conveying an important message of solidarity to our brothers and sisters in Jerusalem and in the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque. We want to tell them: You are not alone,” as stated by Zaher Birawi, head of PFB.
“We are proud of our resilient brothers and sisters in our occupied homeland,” he added. “Especially those residing in Jerusalem of whom our beloved Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him said: A group of people from my Umma will continue to fight in defence of truth and remain triumphant until the Day of judgment.”
The parties calling for the protest are demanding the occupational forces to respect the historical and religious value of the Holy Mosque and stop the provocations of the Zionists which, from the parties’ point of view, will only lead to an escalation of violence and tension on the ground.
