The event was held on Tuesday, October 3, at the Salford Link Project, in cooperation with Garden of Knowledge and with the support of the Libyan community.

The women’s organizations invited all sisters to participate with dishes of food as a way of donation. One of the organizers said: “Every dish – no matter how big or valuable – can help alleviate the suffering of our sisters and children in Libya.” The event also welcomed the participation of the Arab and British communities in all possible ways.
