I learned that the seed that did not bear fruit may only have been sown in the wrong spot.

I learned that making decisions in the spring of the moment is sometimes better than thoroughly thinking it over and over again wasting our life away.

I learned that sometimes one hand is more than enough to open a door, wave goodbye to a friend, or shake the hands of a new one, or the hands of the oppressed.

I learned not to rely on another, not to depend on their point of view, as it might be completely different from mine.

I learned that what might look like something insignificant, such as taking care of a dog, can be the reason my whole life changes.

I learned as an immigrant that the old saying: Beware of the first love (woman) and the first glass (of alcohol), is true.

I learned as an immigrant, that I should smile no matter what, because others may not remember what I said to them or what I did for them, but they will certainly not forget what you made them feel.

I learned that life is more than going to work and coming back home.

I learned that a million fireplaces lighting up your house will never replace the warmth of your family.

I learned that life will never stop for anyone or because of anyone.

I learned that your education can be the difference in making it in life.

I learned that if luck turned his back on you, you should turn the other way too.

I learned that in life there is always room for a laugh, for a gathering with your loved ones, and for starting things over.

"كيف للعاقل أن يستوعب شيئًا كهذا؟".. هكذا تساءل المذيع الأمريكي تاكر كارلسون وهو يستمع بصدمة وذهول تام لشهادة الجراح البريطاني نيك ماينارد، التي لا تفارق ذاكرته، عن إجرام جنود الاحتلال بحق الأطفال والرضع في غزة. #شاهد #العرب_في_بريطانيا #AUK
