Even Japanese fans in Qatar mocked the German team who were pushing another agenda instead of playing football and are now returning home. As for the Japanese team, whose agenda was to play football, they have qualified for the next stage and have been ranked first in their group.
Fans worldwide celebrated Japan’s victory, because not only did they beat one of the best national teams in the world (Spain), but they also won their group. Worldwide, football fans were surprised by this unexpected victory.

Due to goal difference, Spain finished ahead of Germany despite being tied at 4 points.
Despite winning against Costa Rica, Germany was still eliminated.
Costa Rica finished bottom of the group with three points
