London flooding hits Tube services and roads
Part of London experienced a major flooding due to heavy rain overnight. The weather event has caused closures in tube services.
The huge amounts of rainwater flooded parts of Knightsbridge, Hampstead and Croydon. The Mirror estimated that the flooding has affected the commute of hundreds of thousands Tuesday morning.

Transport for London has said that the flooding hit at least four tube lines, some delayed; some suspended. Specifically, the torrential rains have led to delays on the Metropolitan, District, Piccadilly, and Circle lines.
Footage from Knightsbridge shows a main road in the upper-end area completely covered in roughly half a foot of water, says the Mirror.
In Hampstead, roads closed up including the usually busy Vardnell Street, causing much delay in people’s normal schedules. Same is reported in roads in Croydon.
