On Saturday, April 13, 2024, the Moroccan and Arab Exhibition returned with new activities for its ninth edition at the Sattavis Patidar Center in the Wembley area of London. The exhibition saw significant attendance from the Arab community in the capital.

Arab participants showcased their projects at the Moroccan and Arab Exhibition, with a notable increase in the number of participants each year, attributed to the exceptional organization of the exhibition’s aspects according to the participants’ feedback. 

Arab Projects at the Moroccan and Arab Exhibition in London

Mrs. Kauther Al-Hamami, the founder and organizer of the exhibition, supervised the coordination of activities from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Regarding the exhibition activities, Mrs. Huda, the owner of a Moroccan folk clothing project, said she feels happy to have the opportunity to participate in this exhibition. Huda presented her handcrafted products in various colors, which attracted customers’ interest. She provided information about her business, prices, and delivery methods upon request.

Mrs. Jehan participated with a display of various Moroccan garments, including Takchita, Kaftan, and Jalabiya, which are locally renowned names for Moroccan fashion. She confirmed her intention to participate in the next edition of the exhibition.

Mrs. Shaima showcased authentic Yemeni clothing and traditional Yemeni jewelry, naming her project “Scent of Yemen” to attract Yemeni residents in Britain.

The exhibition also featured projects specializing in other areas such as Syrian and Egyptian cuisine, honey and juice vendors, as well as a section dedicated to men’s clothing from the Arabian Gulf and the Levant. Palestinian products were also present, with Palestinians participating in projects selling cultural books to teach Arabic to children and paintings reflecting the Palestinian cause.

Moroccan and Arab Exhibition records broader participation each time, attracting more visitors with each edition. It stands as one of the most significant local exhibitions in London for the Arab community.
