With fully equipped rooms, room service, and self-care services, life couldn’t get any more luxurious and glamourous for camels. The first of its kind camels’ hotel had opened Today in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. it will have the honor of serving, trimming, and pampering any camel to prepare for the beauty contest for 400 SAR (a little over 100$) a night.
Tatman Hotel in Riyadh has 120 enclosures, including single and double ones, equipped with needed water and food containers. And it has more than 50 workers trained to serve and pamper every camel. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is keeping them in fully sanitized enclosures and environments to minimize the risk of Covid-19 exposure.
The hotel provides a 5-star service, with hot milk, massages, trimming and pampering centers, as well as AC/Heating system in the rooms. We can confidently say the camels are having the time of their lives staying at the Tatman hotel.
Mohammad Al Harbi, the media chief of the Camel Club had said “this hotel is the first of its kind, unique and modern. Everything needed from spotless clean rooms to cooling/heating system is there”
A single night for a camel to spend in the hotel costs 400 SAR (a little over 100$), and checkouts are at 12:30 PM.

Prizes Totalling 66.6 Million for The Most Beautiful Camels
Saudi Arabia hosts the annual King Abdulaziz Festival, organized by the Camel Club. The main purpose of the festival is to keep alive Saudi’s heritage and culture, the culture of admiring and living among camels as well.
The festival lasts for 40 days with many big names from KSA, Russia, France, USA, and more usually taking part in it. 2022 marks the sixth year since the festival started.
This year is not a unique cause of the opening of the first camel hotel, but it is also the first time 33 women who own camels will participate in the festival and the beauty contest for camels.
There will be many prizes for contestants, totaling SAR 250 Million ($66.6 Million) distributed based on place.
