See full list of petrol stations that have a £30 cap
The shortage of fuel has led drivers to panic-buy gas. So EG Group decided to impose a cap of £30 per vehicle in petrol stations across the country. The Mirror published a full list of the petrol station locations to which this rule applies.
The government’s appeals had no effect on British drivers’ insistence on filling up their vehicles without an urgent need. In the meantime, EG, which operates 367 gas stations under its own brand, including BP, Esso and Texaco, came up with a new idea. The company has imposed a cap of £30 per fill to ensure customers “have a fair chance to refuel.”
It is worth noting that there will be other stations with the same branding that do not impose a maximum because they are operated under different companies.
