Top Ten: Most expensive streets in London

There are 11,673 streets in London with an average property price in the millions, based on figures from September 2021. Here are the top 10 most expensive out of them. (www.cosmolex.com)

The number of streets where homes are valued over £1m increased by 1,782 in the past year, according to property firm Zoopla.

The South East of England accounts for about half of the increase, reports Sky News, with 942 more million pound streets.

In the recent statistics report, London recorded the most million-pound streets at 4,544. While Wales came at the bottom of the list at only 9 streets.

There is no change to the top position for most expensive British street. Kingston Palace garden has topped the list for the 13th year in a row, with a house price average at about £29.9m.
