حملة لدعم جنوب إفريقيا في الدعوى القضائية التي قدمتها ضد إسرائيل

في ظل العدوان الإسرائيلي المستمر وغير المبرر على غزة، تحركت جنوب إفريقيا ضد جرائم الحرب التي تُرتكَب بحق المدنيين العُزَّل، ورفعت دعوى قضائية في محكمة العدل الدولية؛ للتحقيق في جرائم الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها الجيش الإسرائيلي.

وفي أعقاب ذلك، تحركت أيضًا مجموعة من المنظمات والمؤسسات المعروفة في الـ30 من ديسمبر؛ لدعم الجهود المبذولة لإنهاء الإبادة الجماعية للفلسطينيين. إضافة إلى أن هناك العديد من المجموعات القانونية التي تُعنى بحقوق الإنسان تسعى إلى إنهاء جرائم الحرب، وتتبع في ذلك مختلف التدخلات القانونية.

جنوب إفريقيا تلقى الدعم في معركتها القانونية ضد “إسرائيل”

وناشدت المنظمات الداعمة لفلسطين مجموعات حقوق الإنسان والمنظمات المناهضة للاستعمار والإمبريالية وغيرها للعمل على بناء دعم تنظيمي يكون وسيلة لزيادة الضغط العام.

وشملت القائمة: التحالف الأسود من أجل السلام، والجمعية الفلسطينية للتحرير والمقاومة الشعبية، و(CodePink) و(Progressive International)، والرابطة الدولية للمحامين الديمقراطيين، والديمقراطية من أجل العالم العربي الآن (DAWN)، ونقابة المحامين الوطنية، ومنظمة “صامدون”، ومنظمة قدامى المحاربين من أجل السلام، وأسطول الحرية لغزة، والرابطة النسائية الدولية للسلام والحرية (قسم الولايات المتحدة)، وغيرها من المنظمات التي دعت إلى التوقيع على رسالة مفتوحة تحث فيها الدول على تقديم طلب لمحكمة العدل الدولية لإعلان التدخل؛ دعمًا لقضية جنوب إفريقيا ضد “إسرائيل” التي تستند إلى وقائع الإبادة الجماعية. ويمكن تقديم هذه الإعلانات في أي وقت، وستزيد من احتمالات دعم إنفاذ قرار المحكمة بشأن جريمة الإبادة الجماعية.

وتعمل المنظمات الآن على مستوى التأييد والتحرك الجماعي وليس الفردي، حيث إنها تحث على مشاركة القضية والمطالب داخليًّا مع المنظمات التي قد تدعم هذه الجهود. وستُنشَر الرسالة بمجرد أن تجمع أكبر قدر من التأييد.
